Medicaid Waiver Program
Homestead at Towne Center is a certified Assisted Living Waiver Program Provider. Individuals who meet certain service and care needs and meet established financial criteria may be eligible for Ohio's Assisted Living Waiver Program. The program pays the costs of care in an assisted living facility for certain people with Medicaid. We are accepting Medicaid Waiver Referrals. Please reach out to the Marketing Director at 419-771-1400, Extension 1003 or the Executive Director at extension 1001 to inquire on availability.
